Technical Requirements

• Develop conceptual designs and create detailed drawings, design documents, and materials that meet company standards and client specifications.
• Create and design 3D models for kitchen cabinets, interior fittings, and related spaces.
• Produce detailed architectural drawings, plans, and specifications, and communicate design concepts to stakeholders, including sales, marketing, production teams, and clients.
• Collaborate with the sales team to understand clients’ needs and preferences, incorporating feedback into design concepts.
• Occasionally visit client sites for assessment, including measurement.
• Work closely with the production team to ensure accurate execution of designs.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and emerging technologies to innovate and improve existing designs.
• Prepare monthly activity reports for management review and decision-making.
• Perform any other tasks as assigned from time to time.

Experience & Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience.
• Experience in kitchen cabinet design with the technical ability to prepare production files.
• Proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD, 3D Studio, Photoshop, and other architectural software.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
• Strong understanding of kitchen cabinetry and interior design techniques.
• Creativity and attention to detail.
