Job Description
Technical Requirements
* Design and implement effective control systems to prevent and address violations of legal regulations and internal policies.
* Regularly evaluate the efficiency of existing controls and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
* Periodically review procedures, reports, and systems to detect hidden risks or noncompliance issues.
* Draft, revise, and implement company policies to ensure alignment with regulatory and organizational standards.
* Collaborate with corporate legal counsel and HR teams to monitor and enforce adherence to standards and regulations.
* Conduct risk assessments for future business ventures to identify and mitigate potential compliance risks.
* Review and assess the work of colleagues to identify compliance gaps and provide necessary guidance or training.
Experience and Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Certification as a Compliance Professional (e.g., CCEP, CRCM) is an advantage.
* Proven experience in a Compliance Manager or similar role.
* Comprehensive knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements.
* Strong expertise in reporting procedures and record-keeping practices.
* Demonstrated business acumen combined with a commitment to legal compliance.
* Highly methodical and detail-oriented, with exceptional planning and organizational skills.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to anticipate and navigate complex regulatory frameworks.
* Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written..
