Job Description
Technical Requirements
* Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
* Plan and manage the HR budget.
* Manage the recruitment and selection process.
* Develop and implement onboarding programs for new hires.
* Foster a positive working environment through effective employee relations programs.
* Address and resolve employee issues and conflicts.
* Implement and manage performance appraisal systems.
* Provide coaching and support to managers on performance management issues.
* Identify training needs and develop training programs.
* Coordinate and deliver training sessions.
* Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations.
* Maintain and update HR policies and procedures.
Experience and Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources management.
* Strong knowledge of HR practices and labour laws.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
* Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
