Job Description
Technical Requirements
* Develop and implement digital advertising strategies aligned with the company's marketing objectives and target audience
* Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across digital channels including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Twitter Ads, and Linkedin Ads
* Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for campaign optimization and audience segmentation
* Manage advertising budgets, bid strategies, and campaign pacing to achieve performance targets and maximize return on investment (ROI)
* Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyze data trends, and generate actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness and drive continuous optimization
* Stay informed about industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in digital advertising to maintain a competitive edge and drive innovation
Experience and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field
* Proven experience in digital advertising, media buying, or performance marketing, preferably within the retail or e-commerce industry
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and draw actionable insights to drive campaign optimization
* Proficiency in digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Linkedin Ads, with experience in campaign setup, optimization, and performance tracking
* Experience using Klaviyo or similar email marketing platforms to create and optimize email campaigns, segments, and automations
