Job Description
Salary: GH¢2,500 net per month
Working Hours: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily administrative tasks, including answering calls, responding to emails, and handling correspondence
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain office records
- Assist in preparation and processing of documents and reports
- Handle office supplies and ensure all equipment is functioning properly
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in an office administration role
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
