Job Description

Salary: GH¢2,500 net per month
Working Hours: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily administrative tasks, including answering calls, responding to emails, and handling correspondence
  • Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain office records
  • Assist in preparation and processing of documents and reports
  • Handle office supplies and ensure all equipment is functioning properly
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in an office administration role
  • Proficient computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
