KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and supervise production teams during assigned shifts.
• Ensure production targets, quality and safety standards are met.
• Conduct effective shift handovers and communicate outstanding issues.
• Assign duties and manage attendance, breaks and staffing.
• Respond to machine breakdowns and quality issues.
• Conduct basic in-process quality checks.
• Enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), hygiene and safety procedures.
• Maintain accurate shift logs, production records and incident reports.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and workplace safety.

REQUIREMENTS

• HND or B.Sc. in Food Science, Engineering, Chemistry, Microbiology or a related field.
• 3–5 years’ experience in beverage, food or Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) production.
• At least 1–2 years’ experience leading a production team.
• Experience working rotational shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Practical knowledge of filling, capping, labelling and packaging equipment.
• Knowledge of basic quality checks such as Brix, pH, fill level and seal integrity.
• Food Hygiene or Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) awareness training required.
• Knowledge of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
• Good reporting, communication and computer skills.
• Strong leadership, reliability and problem-solving skills.
