Key Responsibilities

• Lead the group's financial strategy, capital allocation and capital structure across multi-country operations.
• Lead the global capital raising strategy across debt, equity, blended and climate finance.
• Secure financing from DFIs, private equity, sovereign wealth funds and capital markets.
• Oversee budgeting, consolidation, performance management and IFRS-compliant reporting across all countries.
• Own the financial risk and internal control framework; lead the finance team across all operations.

Qualifications & Experience

• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics is required.
• Professional qualification required: ACCA, ICA, CIMA or CPA; CFA a strong advantage.
• 12–15 years' progressive experience in finance, accounting, investment banking or corporate finance.
• At least 5 years in a senior finance leadership role accountable for reporting, budgeting and controls.
• Proven capital raising with DFIs, private equity and international capital markets across multiple geographies.
