Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the group's investment strategy, capital structure targets and annual investment plans.
• Originate and evaluate project finance, equity, joint venture, PPP and blended finance opportunities.
• Lead financial modelling, investment appraisals, feasibility studies and due diligence.
• Structure, negotiate and close investment transactions across multiple jurisdictions.
• Manage DFI, private equity and institutional investor relationships, portfolio performance and ESG compliance.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or Business Administration; Master's degree strongly preferred.
• CFA designation highly desirable; ACA, ACCA or equivalent an advantage.
• 10–12 years in investment management, project or corporate finance, including 5 years in senior leadership.
• Proven record closing project finance, equity, PPP and blended finance transactions.
• Strong DFI and international capital markets experience; Africa or infrastructure sectors preferred.
