Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the treasury strategy, policies and controls across all jurisdictions.
• Oversee daily cash management, cash flow forecasting, cash pooling and intercompany funding.
• Develop and execute FX hedging strategies; manage interest rate, credit and counterparty risk.
• Manage banking relationships and negotiate facilities, credit lines and trade finance arrangements.
• Manage the debt portfolio, surplus funds, covenant compliance and regulatory reporting; lead the treasury team.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics; Master's degree an advantage.
• Professional certification required: ACA, ACCA, CFA, CTP or equivalent.
• 8–10 years in treasury or corporate finance, including 4 years in a senior treasury leadership position.
• Proven management of FX, liquidity and financial risk across multiple currencies and jurisdictions.
• Experience with treasury management systems (TMS) and ERP platforms such as SAP or Oracle.
