Technical Requirements

• Strong proficiency in sales and business development strategies.
• Ability to develop and implement revenue generation strategies.
• Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and coordination.
• Ability to monitor budgets, operational expenditures, and business performance.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder relationship management skills.
• Proficiency in strategic planning, financial management, and performance management.

Experience & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8–10 years’ leadership experience.
• Proven experience in sales and business development.
• Proven experience in project management and overseeing projects from concept to delivery.
• Experience in media, events, communications, or creative industries is highly desirable.
• A Master’s degree is an added advantage.
