Technical Requirements

• Ability to develop and execute strategies that drive business expansion, revenue growth and profitability.
• Strong understanding of financial planning, cash flow management, budgeting, forecasting and revenue collection.
• Operations management, process improvement and internal controls – Ability to oversee daily operations, improve processes, manage resources and strengthen internal control systems.
• Marketing, sales strategy and business development – Ability to develop marketing and sales initiatives, identify new business opportunities and build strategic partnerships.
• HR management, regulatory compliance and change management – Ability to manage teams, oversee HR processes, ensure regulatory compliance and lead organizational change initiatives.

Experience & Qualification

• Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related field
• Minimum 12 years’ progressive working experience
• At least 3 years’ experience in senior General Management or Operational Leadership
• Proven track record in business growth, revenue expansion and profitability
• Experience in healthcare, medical, dental or professional services is an advantage
