Technical Requirement

• Ability to collect, clean, validate, analyze and interpret operational, financial and patient data to generate actionable business insights.
• Proficiency in developing automated dashboards and visual reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of Excel and advanced spreadsheet techniques for financial analysis, forecasting, reconciliations and performance monitoring.
• Ability to analyze revenue, costs, profitability, patient activity, operational efficiency and key performance indicators.
• Ability to identify data inconsistencies, revenue leakage, control gaps and compliance risks while maintaining data accuracy and confidentiality.

Experience & Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Business Analytics, Information Systems or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in data analytics, business intelligence, financial analysis or performance monitoring.
• Proven experience in dashboard development and preparation of analytical and management reports.
• Experience in healthcare, professional services or service-based organizations is an advantage.
• Professional certification in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence or relevant analytical/financial control tools is an advantage.
