Technical Requirements

• Strong knowledge of B2B and B2C sales strategies, including wholesale, retail, corporate and direct-to-consumer channels.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, sales pipeline management and sales performance reporting.
• Strong skills in prospecting, lead generation, sales pitching, negotiation and closing.
• Ability to develop and implement multi-channel sales and go-to-market strategies.
• Proficiency in analyzing sales data, market trends, pipeline health and revenue performance.
• Ability to develop and manage key accounts, distributors, retailers, hospitality clients and corporate customers.

Experience & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant professional qualification in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or account management.
• Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales and revenue targets.
• Experience managing multiple sales channels, preferably across specialty retail, hospitality, corporate, and direct-to-consumer markets.
• Experience in premium consumer goods, specialty food, beverage, confectionery, or artisanal products, including representing brands at trade shows, food festivals, and industry events, with willingness to travel when required.
