Technical Requirements

• Ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies aligned with business and revenue objectives.
• Proficiency in managing digital campaigns, social media platforms, SEO, online advertising and analyzing campaign performance.
• Ability to identify new business opportunities, build strategic partnerships, negotiate agreements and maintain strong client relationships.
• Experience using CRM tools to manage leads, improve customer conversion, engagement, retention and overall customer experience.
• Ability to conduct market and competitor research, manage marketing campaigns and prepare reports using key performance indicators and marketing metrics.

Experience & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field
• Minimum 6–8 years’ experience in marketing or business development
• Proven track record in revenue growth, customer acquisition or market expansion
• Experience in healthcare, dental, hospitality, luxury services or professional services
• Professional certification in Marketing or Digital Marketing is an advantage
