Job Description
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS (DUTIES)
Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and ad-hoc HR reports, dashboards and analytics to support management decision-making.
Analyse People data and translate findings into clear visualisations, trends and actionable insights.
Maintain the integrity and accuracy of HRIS and People data by identifying inconsistencies and reconciling gaps.
Work with HR Business Partners and stakeholders to develop and enhance HR reporting, dashboards and workforce metrics.
Support end-to-end recruitment and onboarding, including job advertisements, background/reference checks and documentation.
Administer key employee lifecycle processes, including probation, contracts, transfers, leave, benefits and exits.
Support employee relations, performance management, disciplinary/grievance processes and engagement initiatives.
Serve as first point of contact to the Managing Director, managing the diary and coordinating EXCO/Town Hall meetings.
KEY REQUIREMENTS (QUALIFICATIONS)
A good university degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field.
3–5 years' relevant experience in Human Resources, HR analytics or a related role.
Good knowledge of HR processes, policies, HR systems, metrics and People analytics.
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with the ability to translate People data into insights.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with HRIS and data visualisation tools.
Good understanding of Ghana's labour and employment regulatory environment.
Strong organisational, planning and coordination skills with excellent attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
