Technical Requirements

1. Knowledge of day-to-day restaurant operations, including food service and customer service.
2. Ability to manage stock levels, order supplies, and minimize food waste.
3. Basic proficiency in using a Point of Sale (POS) system and handling cash transactions.
4. Knowledge of food hygiene, sanitation, and health and safety standards.
5. Ability to prepare staff schedules and oversee daily restaurant operations.
6. Strong problem-solving skills to handle customer complaints and operational issues efficiently.

Experience & Qualifications

1. HND, Diploma, or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage.
2. Minimum of 2–3 years' experience in a restaurant, café, or hospitality environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or managerial role.
3. Experience managing a small team and ensuring excellent customer service.
4. Proven ability to supervise restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures.
5. Good communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
6. Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and maintain high service standards in a fast-paced environment.
