Technical Requirements 

Strong knowledge of client relationship management and customer service best practices.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Ability to advise clients on investment products and effectively promote the company's products and services.

Knowledge of the Securities Industry Act, 2016 (Act 929) and the National Pensions Act, 2008 (Act 766), including their amendments.

Ability to maintain accurate client records, prepare reports, and process client requests efficiently.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple client interactions.

Experience & Qualifications 

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or another relevant Social Science discipline.

Must have completed the GSE/GISI-CISI Investment and Securities Courses.

Experience or knowledge of the operations of a fund management or investment management organization.

Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.

Customer-focused with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Ability to multitask, work under pressure, meet deadlines, and demonstrate professionalism while working independently and within a team.
