TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Develop and execute annual business development and integrated marketing strategies to drive patient acquisition, revenue growth, and brand positioning.
• Manage all digital marketing channels — website, social media, SEO, online advertising, and email — while monitoring analytics and optimising patient conversion funnels.
• Build and maintain strategic corporate partnerships, referral networks, and workplace dental wellness programmes to expand the clinic's premium client base.
• Design and implement patient loyalty, retention, and engagement programmes in collaboration with operations to enhance patient experience and lifetime value.
• Track marketing ROI and report monthly performance dashboards to management

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications; an MBA or Master's degree is preferred.
• Minimum 6–8 years of experience in marketing or business development, preferably in healthcare, hospitality, luxury services, or professional services.
• Digital marketing certification from Google, Meta, CIM, AMA, or an equivalent recognised body is an advantage.
• Demonstrated success in revenue growth, market expansion, and managing corporate partnerships with strong CRM and campaign management skills.
• Commercially astute, data-driven, and innovative with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
