Job Description

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and workforce plans aligned with the clinic's growth, clinical excellence, and operational objectives.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for clinical and non-clinical staff, ensuring employer branding consistent with a premium healthcare institution.
  • Implement structured performance management systems, coordinate appraisals, identify training needs, and build leadership capability across all staff levels.
  • Administer payroll, compensation, benefits, leave, and statutory compliance while maintaining accurate employee records and HR systems.
  • Oversee facility management, vendor coordination, administrative operations, and ensure the practice environment meets premium hospitality and hygiene standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration; a Master's degree or MBA is preferred.
  • Minimum 7–8 years of HR and administrative management experience, preferably in healthcare, hospitality, or a premium service environment.
  • Professional certification from CIHRM, SHRM, CIPD, or an equivalent body is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multidisciplinary teams with strong competence in HR policy development, labour law compliance, and HR analytics.
  • High emotional intelligence, strong ethical judgment, organisational leadership, and the ability to manage conflict, confidentiality, and service excellence simultaneously.
