Technical Requirements

1. Strong expertise in freight forwarding, customs clearance, multimodal transport, warehousing, vessel chartering, and cross-border logistics operations.
2. Proven ability to develop and execute commercial strategies, revenue growth plans, and business development initiatives.
3. Experience managing commercial quotations, customer agreements, contracts, tenders, and large-scale logistics projects.
4. Strong financial acumen with the ability to manage commercial performance, operational margins, revenue targets, and profitability.
5. Proficiency in sales reporting, pipeline management, business analytics, and CRM-driven commercial performance tracking.

Experience & Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field. An MBA or relevant professional certification is highly desirable.
2. Minimum of 8–10 years of progressive commercial, business development, or sales leadership experience within the logistics and supply chain industry.
3. Proven experience in Freight Forwarding, Customs Clearance, Multimodal Transport, Warehousing, Vessel Chartering, and Cross-Border Logistics.
4. Demonstrated success managing commercial pipelines, key accounts, corporate tenders, and major logistics projects.
5. Extensive network of industry contacts within Ghana and West Africa, with a proven track record of driving business growth and leading high-performing commercial teams.
