Job Description

Technical Requirements

  1. Strong knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, talent acquisition, and employee lifecycle management.
  2. Sound understanding of employment laws, HR compliance requirements, and HR best practices.
  3. Proficiency in HRIS platforms, personnel data management, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  4. Experience in performance management, employee development planning, and HR administration.
  5. Strong employee relations, conflict resolution, and workplace investigation capabilities.

Experience & Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 5–7 years of proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.
  3. Demonstrated experience managing recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations functions.
  4. Experience supporting performance management processes, benefits administration, and HR compliance activities.
  5. Excellent communication, organizational, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills, with a high degree of discretion and ethical judgment.
