Technical Requirements
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, talent acquisition, and employee lifecycle management.
- Sound understanding of employment laws, HR compliance requirements, and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms, personnel data management, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in performance management, employee development planning, and HR administration.
- Strong employee relations, conflict resolution, and workplace investigation capabilities.
Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5–7 years of proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.
- Demonstrated experience managing recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations functions.
- Experience supporting performance management processes, benefits administration, and HR compliance activities.
- Excellent communication, organizational, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills, with a high degree of discretion and ethical judgment.
