Job Description
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Strong expertise in corporate affairs, strategic communications, brand management, and marketing across multiple business units.
- Proven ability to develop and implement corporate communication strategies, stakeholder engagement plans, and ESG initiatives.
- Extensive knowledge of media relations, crisis communication, reputation management, and public affairs.
- Proficiency in budget management, governance frameworks, and performance measurement for communications and marketing functions.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, corporate branding, and analytics to drive business growth and visibility.
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Master's degree or professional certification in Corporate Communications, Marketing, or Business Administration is an advantage.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in corporate affairs, communications, marketing, or public relations, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven experience leading communications and marketing functions across multiple business units or industries.
- Demonstrated experience engaging executive leadership, boards, government agencies, media, and other key stakeholders.
