Technical Requirements

1. Strong knowledge of sales management, project sales cycles, business development, and customer relationship management.
2. Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, sales forecasting tools, and pipeline management.
3. Ability to develop and implement sales strategies, pricing models, and revenue growth plans.
4. Strong negotiation, contract management, and client relationship management skills.
5. Ability to analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to drive sales performance.

Experience & Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in project sales, business development, or account management.
3. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing large-scale or high-value projects.
4. Experience in industries such as construction, real estate, manufacturing, engineering, or related sectors is an advantage.
5. Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to lead teams and manage key client accounts.
