3D DESIGNER / INTERIOR ARCHITECT

Technical Requirements

1. Proficiency in 3D design and visualization software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, Lumion, and V-Ray.
2. Strong knowledge of interior architecture principles, space planning, material selection, and furniture layouts.
3. Ability to produce detailed architectural drawings, mood boards, renderings, and construction documentation.
4. Understanding of building codes, health and safety regulations, and industry standards for interior spaces.
5. Excellent project coordination skills with the ability to collaborate with architects, contractors, suppliers, and clients.

Experience & Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Interior Architecture, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in interior architecture, 3D design, or architectural visualization.
3. Proven portfolio showcasing residential, commercial, or hospitality interior design projects.
4. Experience managing projects from concept development through execution and completion.
5. Strong creativity, attention to detail, and excellent communication and presentation skills.
