Job Description
Technical Requirements
Strong understanding of retail store operations, including procurement, inventory management, sales processes, checkout procedures, and stock reconciliation.
Hands-on experience with retail management systems, ERP, POS, or Odoo platforms and their implementation across multiple stores.
Ability to develop, implement, and monitor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for retail operations.
Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, compliance monitoring, and operational performance tracking.
Experience in training store teams and supporting system adoption across multiple locations.
Experience & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in retail operations, chain store management, or ERP/POS system implementation.
Proven experience managing multi-site retail operations and leading operational improvement projects.
Demonstrated experience in team leadership, staff training, and cross-functional stakeholder management.
Experience working in the consumer electronics retail sector and/or across multiple African markets will be a strong advantage.
