Experience & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business with a professional qualification such as CMA, CA, or ACCA. 
• Candidates must have 8–12+ years’ experience in manufacturing finance, plant controlling, inventory management, and cost accounting within a multinational environment. 
• Strong expertise in IFRS, ERP systems preferably SAP, financial governance, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, internal controls, advanced Excel, financial modeling, and leadership of cross-functional finance operations is required.

Technical Requirements

• Strong manufacturing finance and plant controlling expertise
• Inventory valuation and cost accounting knowledge
• Experience with financial governance and compliance
• Knowledge of IFRS and global reporting standards
• ERP expertise, preferably SAP
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis capability
• Internal controls and audit management experience
• Leadership and cross-functional stakeholder management skills
