Experience & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher with at least 2 years’ experience in fleet management, vehicle administration, logistics, or ride-hailing operations. Candidates must have strong driver management, vehicle maintenance, emergency incident handling, coordination, communication, and team leadership skills, alongside knowledge of Ghana traffic regulations and ride-hailing operations. Proficiency in office software, basic vehicle mechanical knowledge, and a valid driver’s license are preferred.

Technical Requirements

• Driver management and fleet administration skills
• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and inspection procedures
• Emergency incident handling and accident resolution capability
• Understanding of Ghana traffic laws and ride-hailing regulations
