Job Description
Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Business Development, or related field with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in channel development and customer management, preferably within ride-hailing fleets, mobility, or car rental companies.
- Candidates must possess strong client relationship management, market analysis, communication, negotiation, customer development, and reporting skills, with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with local Ghanaian market operations and access to fleet client networks is an advantage.
Technical Requirements
- Strong customer development and channel management skills
- Ability to develop customer profiling and expansion strategies
- Strong market analysis and competitor intelligence skills
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and report preparation
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
- Understanding of Ghana’s ride-hailing and mobility industry
