Experience & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Business Development, or related field with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in channel development and customer management, preferably within ride-hailing fleets, mobility, or car rental companies. 
• Candidates must possess strong client relationship management, market analysis, communication, negotiation, customer development, and reporting skills, with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. 
• Experience with local Ghanaian market operations and access to fleet client networks is an advantage.

Technical Requirements

• Ability to develop customer profiling and expansion strategies
