Technical Requirements

Documentation Discipline: Must possess strong attention to detail and rigorous documentation discipline.

Compliance & Auditing: Ability to conduct site inspections, audits, and maintain compliance roles

HSSEQ Systems Knowledge: Familiarity with HSSEQ systems and standards such as ISO 9001, 14001, or 45001.

Height & Industrial Safety: Comfort working at height and within industrial environments while enforcing safety standards.

Technical Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical reporting and standard enforcement.

 Experience and Qualifications

Nationality: Must be a Ghanaian national.

Educational Background: Diploma or degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related industrial discipline.

Physical Fitness: Must be physically fit and willing to work offshore or at height.

Career Intent: Willingness to undergo IRATA rope access training for the Rope Access Manager (RAMR) track.

Industrial Exposure: Previous site-based or field experience, preferably within the oil and gas industry.
