Technical Requirements (Duties)

1. Review and validate sales entries in the system to ensure accuracy.
2. Monitor and update stock levels across warehouse and retail outlets.
3. Prepare packing lists for shops and export customers.
4. Post export sales and maintain accurate transaction records in the system.
5. Liaise with shop managers on stock availability and discrepancies.
6. Manage overall company stock, including inventory control and tracking.
7. Conduct periodic and annual stock takes and reconciliations.

Experience and Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
2. Professional certifications in inventory or supply chain management (added advantage).
3. Minimum of 2–4 years’ experience in inventory management or similar role.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
5. Experience using Tally or other ERP systems.
6. Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and stock control processes.
7. Ability to analyze data, reconcile discrepancies, and maintain accurate records.
