Technical Requirements
* Collect and analyse information and data related to procedural efficiency within the organization
* Conducting research and analyses of operational effectiveness, processes, stakeholders, etc.
* Aligning departmental goals, processes and resource allocation with the organizational strategy Conducting research and analyses of operational effectiveness, processes, stakeholders, etc.
* Develop new solutions, practices and strategies to support long-term business growth
* Interview organization employees and complete on-site observations to better understand organizational strategy and efficiency
* Collaborate and work with managers and executives to ensure strategies are performing
* Research and analyse market trends and industry competition
* Present findings, projections and recommended strategies
Experience and Qualifications
* Degree in business or related field, MBA preferred.
* 3-5 years of experience in business administration, management consulting or strategic planning
