Technical Requirements (Duties)

1. Attend to customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable fabrics.
2. Promote and sell textile products to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
3. Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong customer relationships.
4. Arrange, display, and maintain fabrics in an attractive and organized manner.
5. Handle basic transactions, issue receipts, and support cash handling processes.
6. Monitor stock levels and report low or fast-moving items to management.
7. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the shop at all times.

Experience and Qualifications

1. Minimum SHS certificate.
2. At least 1 year experience in retail sales, preferably in textiles or fashion.
3. Must be literate and able to communicate effectively in English (and local languages is an advantage).
4. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to persuade customers and close sales.
6. Must reside around Makola or nearby areas.
7. Honest, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
