Technical Requirements (Duties)

1. Manage overall store operations including receiving, recording, and issuing stock.
2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date stock records and inventory systems.
3. Ensure timely supply of materials to Production and Sales departments.
4. Monitor stock levels and liaise with management on reorder points and quantities.
5. Conduct periodic stock counts, identify damages, and report discrepancies.

Experience and Qualifications

1. HND or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
2. 2–4 years’ experience in storekeeping or inventory management.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic inventory/stock systems.
4. Strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills.
5. Good organizational and communication skills with ability to work independently.
