TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Prepare and issue invoices, waybills, credit notes, and VAT invoices accurately and promptly.
• Manage accounts receivable by following up on outstanding payments, allocating receipts, and resolving payment discrepancies.
• Record and reconcile financial transactions in accounting systems, including Tally, KR Excels, and Raptech.
• Monitor customer accounts, debtors’ lists, and credit terms, and support debt recovery and collection efforts.
• Prepare reports including plumbers’ commissions, dealer reports, stock details, and other financial updates for management and team meetings.
• Support month-end closing activities, sales order approvals, and respond to internal accounting and customer-related queries

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an accounting or accounts receivable role
• Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and other accounting software
• Strong knowledge of invoicing, reconciliations, and accounts receivable processes
• Good analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills
• High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail
