Job Description

Technical Requirements (Duties)

  1. Provide administrative and clerical support to the sales team and management.
  2. Follow up with customers, process orders, and manage sales leads effectively.
  3. Handle front desk/secretarial duties including receiving calls and recording messages accurately.
  4. Ensure timely communication of customer job requests to the Production Manager within 24 hours.
  5. Deliver excellent customer service and assist customers with product selection and inquiries.
  6. Maintain proper display of fabric samples and ensure the showroom is clean and well-organized.
  7. Support stock control, monitor inventory levels, and report discrepancies or issues to management.

 

Experience and Qualifications

  1. Minimum HND or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  2. At least 1–3 years’ experience in a sales, administrative, or customer service role.
  3. Good communication skills (verbal and written) with strong customer service orientation.
  4. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Email).
  5. Ability to multitask and manage both sales and administrative responsibilities efficiently.
  6. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  7. Professional attitude, presentable, and able to represent the company positively.
