Job Description
Technical Requirements (Duties)
- Provide administrative and clerical support to the sales team and management.
- Follow up with customers, process orders, and manage sales leads effectively.
- Handle front desk/secretarial duties including receiving calls and recording messages accurately.
- Ensure timely communication of customer job requests to the Production Manager within 24 hours.
- Deliver excellent customer service and assist customers with product selection and inquiries.
- Maintain proper display of fabric samples and ensure the showroom is clean and well-organized.
- Support stock control, monitor inventory levels, and report discrepancies or issues to management.
Experience and Qualifications
- Minimum HND or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- At least 1–3 years’ experience in a sales, administrative, or customer service role.
- Good communication skills (verbal and written) with strong customer service orientation.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Email).
- Ability to multitask and manage both sales and administrative responsibilities efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Professional attitude, presentable, and able to represent the company positively.
