Technical Requirements (Duties)

1. Safely transport executives to meetings, appointments, and other official engagements.
2. Plan routes efficiently to ensure timely arrival while considering traffic and road conditions.
3. Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of the assigned vehicle at all times.
4. Conduct routine vehicle checks and report any faults or maintenance needs promptly.
5. Ensure compliance with all traffic laws and company safety policies.
6. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
7. Assist with errands, document deliveries, and other assigned duties as required.

Experience and Qualifications

1. Minimum SHS certificate.
2. At least 3–5 years’ experience as a professional or executive driver.
3. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
4. Good knowledge of road networks, especially within Accra and surrounding areas.
5. Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and reliability.
6. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
7. High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
