Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily farm operations and field activities
• Support chili pepper crop production and ensure adherence to best agronomic practices
• Learn and implement Complete Farmer crop production protocols
• Manage and motivate farm labourers to ensure productivity and efficiency
• Monitor the proper use and maintenance of farm tools, machinery, and inputs
• Track farm activities and prepare routine operational reports
• Identify farm-related challenges and assist in implementing practical solutions
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and orderliness across the farm site
• Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and capacity-building sessions
• Assist in achieving production targets and maintaining crop quality standards

Requirements

• Minimum of a WASSSCE certificate
• Some practical experience in chili pepper crop production is required
• Educational background in Agriculture is an added advantage but not mandatory
• Physically fit and able to undertake fieldwork
• Willingness to relocate or reside near the farm location
• Strong interest in agriculture and food production
• Fast learner with a proactive and positive attitude
• Good communication and leadership potential
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
• Willingness to learn modern and commercial farming practices
