Job Description

TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE

1. Marketing & Brand Promotion

  • Develop and implement marketing plans to promote room sales, food & beverage outlets, and hotel services.
  • Ensure consistent use of the hotel’s brand across all marketing materials and platforms.
  • Coordinate production of promotional materials such as flyers, brochures, banners, and signage.

2. Digital Marketing & Online Presence

  • Manage the hotel’s social media platforms and website content.
  • Promote the hotel through online booking platforms (OTAs) and digital campaigns.
  • Monitor online reviews and guest feedback and respond appropriately in collaboration with Management.

3. Sales Support & Business Development

  • Support corporate sales, group bookings, conferences, and events.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and promotional collaborations.
  • Assist with the preparation of proposals, rate cards, and promotional packages.

4. Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and tour operators.
  • Maintain a database of corporate and repeat clients.
  • Support loyalty and guest retention initiatives.

5. Market Research & Reporting

  • Conduct market research on competitors, pricing, and market trends.
  • Prepare regular marketing and sales performance reports.
  • Track the effectiveness of promotions and campaigns and recommend improvements.

6. Events & Promotions

  • Plan and coordinate hotel promotions, special events, and seasonal offers.
  • Support on-site promotional activities and ensure effective visibility during events.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years’ experience in marketing or sales, preferably in hospitality or service industry.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media platforms is an advantage.
