TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
Strong knowledge of building codes, construction standards, and site safety regulations.
Ability to read, interpret, and analyse construction drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
Competence in supervising construction activities, subcontractors, and site workers to ensure quality and timelines are met.
Proficiency in site safety management, hazard identification, accident prevention, and incident handling in line with approved protocols.
Ability to plan, request, and manage site materials, tools, and equipment within specified timelines (24–48 hours prior).
Capacity to prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly site reports, including progress, attendance, safety, and performance reports.
 

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
Completion of a post-secondary construction or technical training program; a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Construction Science, Civil Engineering, or a related field is an added advantage.
Minimum of 3–5 years’ proven experience working as a Site Supervisor or in a similar construction supervisory role.
Demonstrated experience supervising construction teams, subcontractors, and managing on-site workflows.
Valid CPR and First Aid certification with hands-on experience handling site incidents and emergencies.
Practical experience in enforcing construction safety standards and maintaining a safe work environment.
Proven ability to evaluate employee performance, conduct training and orientation for new hires, and provide structured feedback to management.
