TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Develop and implement daily lesson plans and educational activities tailored to the needs of children aged 1–6 years.
• Foster a nurturing, positive, and inclusive classroom environment that supports each child’s curiosity and love of learning.
• Promote early literacy, numeracy, communication, motor skills, and social development through play-based and structured activities.
• Observe, document, and assess children’s progress and developmental milestones.
• Communicate regularly with parents about their child’s learning journey, strengths, and areas of growth.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized learning space that meets health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Encourage positive behavior, cooperation, and emotional regulation among children.
• Attend training sessions or professional development workshops to stay updated on best practices in early childhood education.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION

• Degree or diploma in Early Childhood Education, Preschool Teaching, Child Development, or a related field (mandatory).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a preschool teacher or early childhood educator
• Age between 28 and 45 years.
• Knowledge of early childhood learning frameworks, developmental milestones, and educational best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm and engaging personality.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a busy classroom environment.
• Certification in first aid and CPR (or willingness to update certification upon hiring).
• Passion for working with young children and supporting their growth and development.
