Technical Requirement

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
• Develop and present proposals to prospective clients.
• Offer technical advice and solutions tailored to customer requirements.
• Collaborate with internal sales teams to develop custom solutions for clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure continuous business.
• Provide after-sales report to address customer concerns or issues.
• Work closely with engineering and supply chain teams to ensure product quality and timely delivery.
• Support marketing initiatives such as exhibitions and product demonstrations.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
• Prepare weekly reports on sales performance, call plan, visitation and market trends.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities and competitive threats.
• Provide technical support and guidance to clients throughout the sales process.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in technical or sales roles within the mechanical or industrial equipment sector.
• HND/BSc in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems, pumps, valves, and industrial components.
• Proven ability to build client relationships and drive sales growth.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into simple, client-focused language.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects effectively.
