Technical Requirements
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's technical products, services, and solutions.
- Identify and target new business opportunities through cold calls, networking, and lead generation.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and technical consultations with prospective clients.
- Understand client needs and recommend appropriate technical solutions.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
- Negotiate pricing and terms with clients in alignment with company policies.
- Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to closing the deal and post-sales support.
- Provide feedback from the market to inform product development and marketing strategies.
- Maintain CRM systems and generate regular reports on sales performance and forecasts.
Experience and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience (2–5 years) in technical sales, B2B sales, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of technical products/services (e.g., software, hardware, industrial solutions).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand and explain complex technical information to a non-technical audience.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
