Job Description

Technical Requirements

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's technical products, services, and solutions.
  • Identify and target new business opportunities through cold calls, networking, and lead generation.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and technical consultations with prospective clients.
  • Understand client needs and recommend appropriate technical solutions.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms with clients in alignment with company policies.
  • Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to closing the deal and post-sales support.
  • Provide feedback from the market to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Maintain CRM systems and generate regular reports on sales performance and forecasts.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience (2–5 years) in technical sales, B2B sales, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of technical products/services (e.g., software, hardware, industrial solutions).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to understand and explain complex technical information to a non-technical audience.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
