Job Description
Technical Requirements
- Support in developing a marketing strategy in support of the school's mission and core objectives.
- Market LGC to prospective clients and get students to enrol for each academic year per target set.
- Ensure that all school projects such as summer school, speech and prize giving day, graduation, matriculation, etc. are organized and well executed.
- Support in developing an annual action plan and operating budget for the marketing department and monitor the implementation of these to ensure that there is efficient and effective management.
- Responsible for research and development; researching and evaluating new opportunities and technologies, conducting marketing and competitor research and analysis findings.
- Responding to all client enquiries with the objective of leaving customers satisfied.
- Ensure the monitoring and tracking of all job executions to ensure they are completed on time
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys to measure the level of satisfaction for projects executed
- Report feedback from clients to management for review, decision making and revert to clients on the way forward.
- Build and maintain client database for the school, engage and manage clientele.
- Review and prioritize sponsorship opportunities for LGC scholarship foundation.
Experience and Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field. A Master's degree would be an advantage.
- Professional certifications in marketing (e.g., CIM, Digital Marketing) would be a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, particularly in a managerial role.
- Proven experience in project management and overseeing events such as graduations, prize-giving days, and other large-scale school activities.
