TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Oversee cleaning and general management of property
• Respond to client queries
• Coordinate client appointments to prevent overlaps
• Build successful relationships with prospective clients, while maintaining and improving on existing client relationships
• Facilitate general repairs and manage the property

EXPERIENCES AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum educational requirement; Diploma, HND or Degree
• Good leadership skills( Must be fair and strict)
• Must have at least 2 years experience in a similar role in the industry
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
