TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Prepare, process, and manage import documentation.
• Liaise with port, customs, and other regulatory bodies to ensure smooth clearance of goods.
• Monitor shipment schedules and coordinate logistics from origin to destination.
• Ensure compliance with all shipping regulations and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, invoices, and related documents.
• Provide regular updates to clients on shipment status and resolve clearance-related issues.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

• A minimum of an undergraduate degree.
• A certificate in Shipping, Clearing, and Forwarding is an advantage.
• Experience in the Clearing and Forwarding industry
• Strong knowledge of import and export documentation and processing
• Familiar with port procedures at both sea and airport
• Ability to work effectively with port authorities and clients
