TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Promote and sell second-hand clothing bales to existing and new customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to protect and expand the customer base.
• Monitor competitor activities and provide insights on market trends, pricing, and product performance.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
• Prepare accurate weekly and monthly sales reports.
• Assist with basic bookkeeping and the preparation of weekly balance sheets.
• Provide management with regular updates on sales performance and market opportunities.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

• A university degree and familiarity with the Tally accounting software will be an advantage.
• Proven sales and marketing skills with the ability to meet targets.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and reporting.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; confident and professional.
• Punctual, hardworking, and attentive to detail.
• Ability to take initiative, learn quickly, and work well in a team.
