Job Description

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Deliver HR consulting projects to clients.
  • Ensure timely delivery of project reports and documentation.
  • Actively generate new business leads.
  • Develop and pitch proposals to potential clients and support tender bidding processes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to ensure repeat business and client retention.
  • Manage expectations and serve as a key point of contact for all client-related engagements
  • Follow up with clients on outstanding invoices and ensure prompt recovery of payments for executed projects.
  • Identify growth opportunities and contribute to the development of innovative HR strategies and solutions.
  • Conduct market and industry research to support consulting initiatives.
  • Assist in the management and updating of the Human Resource consultancy job portal to support operations

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Social Sciences, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience in HR consulting or related role
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and client management skills
  • High level of integrity, responsibility, and reliability
  • Business acumen with sound commercial and financial awareness
  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative HR solutions
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
