Job Description
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Deliver HR consulting projects to clients.
- Ensure timely delivery of project reports and documentation.
- Actively generate new business leads.
- Develop and pitch proposals to potential clients and support tender bidding processes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to ensure repeat business and client retention.
- Manage expectations and serve as a key point of contact for all client-related engagements
- Follow up with clients on outstanding invoices and ensure prompt recovery of payments for executed projects.
- Identify growth opportunities and contribute to the development of innovative HR strategies and solutions.
- Conduct market and industry research to support consulting initiatives.
- Assist in the management and updating of the Human Resource consultancy job portal to support operations
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Social Sciences, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience in HR consulting or related role
- •Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and client management skills
- High level of integrity, responsibility, and reliability
- Business acumen with sound commercial and financial awareness
- Ability to think creatively and develop innovative HR solutions
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
