Job Description

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Champion a positive workplace culture grounded in company values, mission, and vision.
  • Develop and implement initiatives that promote employee engagement, collaboration, and inclusion.
  • Lead the design and implementation of employee well-being and recognition programs.
  • Support the execution of the organisation-wide performance management framework.
  • Collaborate with department heads to ensure effective goal-setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
  • Design and oversee a learning and development roadmap that addresses current and future capability needs.
  • Oversee the end-to-end employee journey, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring an excellent employee experience.
  • Ensure all HR practices (recruitment, promotion, exit) are fair, inclusive, and aligned with HR policies and labour regulations.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum of 5–7 years’ experience in a similar HR/People role, including at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Professional HR certification, such as Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), or Professional in Human Resources (PHR) is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of Ghanaian labour laws and HR best practices.
