Job Description
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Support in organizing and coordinating employee engagement activities, wellness programs, and communication initiatives.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and orientation of new hires, promoting a positive first impression and cultural alignment.
- Conduct check-ins, surveys, and feedback mechanisms to monitor employee satisfaction and suggest improvements.
- Assist in planning and executing training programs, including logistics, tracking attendance, and collecting post-training feedback.
- Support in the design and rollout of e-learning materials and internal capacity-building programs.
- Maintain up-to-date records of employee development plans and training participation.
- Track and follow up on performance appraisal schedules and submissions.
- Assist in compiling performance-related data and reports for analysis and recommendations.
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field
- 3–5 years of relevant HR or people-related experience
- Working knowledge of Ghana Labour Law (Act 651)
- Good understanding of performance management and employee engagement practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
