Job Description

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Support in organizing and coordinating employee engagement activities, wellness programs, and communication initiatives.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and orientation of new hires, promoting a positive first impression and cultural alignment.
  • Conduct check-ins, surveys, and feedback mechanisms to monitor employee satisfaction and suggest improvements.
  • Assist in planning and executing training programs, including logistics, tracking attendance, and collecting post-training feedback.
  • Support in the design and rollout of e-learning materials and internal capacity-building programs.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of employee development plans and training participation.
  • Track and follow up on performance appraisal schedules and submissions.
  • Assist in compiling performance-related data and reports for analysis and recommendations.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field
  • 3–5 years of relevant HR or people-related experience
  • Working knowledge of Ghana Labour Law (Act 651)
  • Good understanding of performance management and employee engagement practices
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
