  • Manufacturing Plants (automotive, food processing etc.)
  • Logistics Centers
  • Private Medical/Educational Facilities
  • Annual Target: Secure ≥4 medium projects (≥$800K/project)
• Civil construction works (FOCUS private clients only)
• Develop Modular Complexes:
• ▸ Workforce housing & living zones (kitchens/fitness centers)
• ▸ Corporate office campuses
• Annual Target: Secure ≥2 complex projects

Experience and Qualifications

• Able to demonstrate PEB advantages with local cases:
